Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal:
According to the Consumer Protection Code, you have up to 7 calendar days from receiving the product to request a return or exchange, provided the product is in perfect condition, without signs of use and in its original packaging.

Return due to Defect:
If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 calendar days of receipt. The product will undergo a quality analysis to confirm the defect.

Return Process:
To request a return, please contact us by email or phone as indicated on our website, informing us of the order number and the reason for the return. After analysis, we will send you the return instructions.

Refund:
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase and may take up to 10 business days after we receive the product at our distribution center.
